Membership Assistance (pre-season)

• Assist Membership Coordinator with incoming Parents of freshman season of 2012

 

QBack Club Freshman, JV and Varsity Representative (all season)

• Represent Freshman parents at QBack Club meetings
• Handle Freshman, JV or Varsity Parent communications
• Organize social functions for Freshman, JV or Varsity parents

 

Concessions Coordinator for Freshman, JV and Varsity Games (all season)

• Work with Varsity Concessions Coordinator to facilitate Freshman, JV or Varsity  Parent concessions responsibilities

 

Freshman, JV and Varsity Team Merchandise Coordinator (pre-season) 

• Facilitate merchandise orders/deliveries for Freshman, JV or Varsity Team

 

 Banquet Coordinator Assistance (mid-season)

• Assist current banquet coordinator with end of the year banquet

 

Freshman, JV and Varsity Game Highlight Writer

• Submit to be posted online after games

Game Day Programs

• Help solicit advertising for the game day program
• Assist with gathering content & creating program
